The Base oil Distillation Equipment is produced to distills the waste oil. Waste oil refers to waste lubricating oil replaced from various machinery, vehicles and ships. The production process is due to a large number of colloids and oxides produced by the external pollution during the use of the lubricating oil, which reduces or even loses its functions of controlling friction, reducing wear, cooling and cooling, sealing and isolating, and reducing vibration, and has to be replaced.
After talking about the origin of the waste oil, let's talk about the working process of the base oil distillation equipment. This oil distillation machine will use the crude oil that needs deep processing to preheat the crude oil through the oil pump, pump it into the reboiler, and catalyze the heating under negative pressure. The waste oil will be heated to the working temperature by coal-burning fuel oil or gas The steam comes out, the oil and gas enter the condenser through the tower, and the liquefiable part is condensed into refined oil. The non-liquefiable part is sent to the heating system through the gas system and burned. It won’t pollute the environment.
Diesel Distillation Equipment
What is distillation:
Distillation is the chemical engineering processes and other facilities used in oil refineries to distills the incoming crude oil, pyrolysis oil and waste oil into useful products such as diesel oil and fuel oils, gasoline or petrol, jet fuel, etc.

Diesel Distilling equipment advantage
1.Long service lifeIndirect heating can protect reactor, which makes no pollutions and greatly increase the service life of Diesel Distillation Equipment.
2.Better oil qualityAfter oil distillation, we will add some chemical to remove color and odor in the diesel, so as to improve the diesel quality. The diesel from our oil distillation machine can be used in diesel generator, tractors, trucks etc.
3.Continuous workingWhen operate oil distillation equipment, first you pump oil inside the reactor to heat. After finished heating, it will become oil gas and goes to cooling system. Then start another tank. So, the first reactor is empty, no need to stop, you could pump another tank of oil again into the first tank, continuously working.
4.High oil yield. The raw material for our oil distilling equipment can be tire oil, plastic oil or waste oil. After processed by our oil distillation equipment you can get 85% diesel and the remaining will be bitumen. Distilling equipment final product
The diesel oil obtained can be widely used in more kinds of diesel engines and will produce less smoke and less noise than regular diesel fuel. ;
Filtering Waste Oil
Industrial filters and screeners for waste oil recycling
With numerous waste management regulations in force, disposing of waste oil is a costly exercise. As a result, many companies are seeking ways to convert their waste oils into useable fuel oils, such as RFO and Biodiesel. Whether recovering cooking oil or fuel oil, incorporating the Waste Oil Filtration Equipment within your recovery process will allow you to effectively remove debris from your waste vegetable oil. This fully enclosed filtration system uses a unique self-cleaning wiper system for continuous operation. Also, unlike other filtration systems such as bag or basket filters, the Self-Cleaning Waste Oil Filtration Equipment incorporates a reusable stainless steel element, eliminating costs associated with replacing and disposing of filter media.
The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter – Removing oversize particles from waste oil
Installing the Self-Cleaning Waste Oil Filtration Equipment to remove debris from your waste oil will give you a cleaner product suitable for further processing.
Unique self-cleaning design eliminates blockages minimizing production downtime
Eliminates costs associated with replacing and disposing of filter media
Totally enclosed system protects the safety of your operators
Transformer Oil Filtration Machines – THE NEED:
Did you know that dissolved gasses present in transformer oil can result in arcing, corona discharges and overheating that will ultimately reduce the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer? Not only this but, the insulation strength of the oil is also adversely affected by the water contamination that sometimes goes down to about 30 ppm (parts per million). This calls for a dire need to adopt Transformer Oil Filtration Machine well in time!
A transformer oil filtering can potentially shorten the duration by which you would require the oil to be treated during the installation and maintenance of the Transformer.
Transformer Oil Filtration Machine initially filters out the water, gas, impurities and acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc. and other dangerous components in the synthetic oil in an attempt to improve the synthetic performance of the oil. This step effectively ensures the normal operation of the electrical equipment to minimize the occurrences of incidents.
While conducting the vacuum extraction, the oil purifier machine can also fulfill the installation or on-site inspection of the transformer. To further shorten the oil treatment cycle, the machine can also complete the operation of water separation and gas separation in the transformer oil.
Where is the machine typically used?
It is widely used in power generation plants, substations, power utility plants, metallurgical fields, railroad sectors, and other industries that require on-site transformer inspection in a large scale transformer power station which uses 110 kV or more, and the rapid treatment of synthetic oil such as new oil and imported oil. It is an equipment that is required on priority in areas where sea level is 500 m or above.
Lubricating Oil Filters for Marine Diesel Engine
The lubrication system of an engine provides a supply of lubricating oil to the various moving parts in the engine. Its main function is to enable the formation of a film of oil between the moving parts, which reduces friction and wear. The lubricating oil is also used as a cleaner and in some engines as a coolant.
Lubricant Oil filtration machines can be found both on the suction and discharge sides of the lubricating oil pump dependent on the installation and type of engine or engines. Their maintenance is absolutely critical to the life expectancy of the crankshaft and its bearings, which depends entirely on an uninterrupted supply of clean and correctly filtered oil.
The lubricating oil filter is the final barrier preventing particulate matter (solid impurities) from reaching the engine bearings. If the particulate size is greater than the hydrodynamic film thickness, i.e. (0.002 to 0.007 mm) then mechanical damage will occur to the bearing shell wearing surfaces and the journal and crankpin surfaces of the crankshaft. It is a fact that failure to maintain an adequate flow of clean lubricating oil will lead to bearing failure and possible severe damage to the crankshaft.
Therefore, when hand-cleaning, the filter candles must stand upright in the cleaning tank (not lying on the bottom) and the fluid level in the cleaning tank must be low enough to ensure no fluid flows into the clean side of the candles. Actual cleaning is done by blowing the filter candles with compressed air cleaning gun from the inside of the filter. The cleaning tank must only be used for cleaning filter candles and for no other cleaning work.
On many vessels, the actual cleaning work is usually left to people who do not always realise the importance of proper cleaning, servicing and assembly of sophisticated lub oil filters. It is therefore most important that the Chief Engineer ensures and organises total quality control on this service work. If no strict quality control is carried out the filters may actually cause damage to the engine which they are meant to protect.
