Description
To resolve the Printer Offline HP problem on Windows 10, try the following solutions:

Enter "devices" in the search box or ask Cortana to launch Devices.
Pick your printers and scanners.
Be sure to uncheck "Let Windows manage my default printer." Click the box to de-select it if necessary.
From the drop-down menu, select your printer.
If your printer is listed more than once, choose the version that is displaying an online or idle state & Click Manage.
Clicking the button will set it as the default.
